Achievements:

Martha built a cassava processing plant that employs 15 women and produces flour and garri for local and regional markets.

Her work empowers women economically and ensures that processed cassava products are more accessible and affordable for the community.

Profile:

Martha grew up watching her mother process cassava by hand, a labor-intensive process that yielded little profit. With a vision to ease this burden, she acquired a small processing machine and started a plant that now processes tons of cassava weekly. Martha also mentors young women, encouraging them to pursue entrepreneurship.
